We are delighted to win the ‘best small housing development’ award at the regional LABC (Local authority building control) awards for our recently completed new build houses no.7-12 Blue Bell Court in Barton upon Humber. The competition was judged by a panel selected from the nine competing local authorities.

Qudos Joint Directors Tom Strawson and Adam Dearden were delighted to receive the award at a packed evening awards ceremony held at Q Hotels, Forest Pines Events Centre.

Tom commented ‘We are delighted to receive such an award for our new build mews houses at our Blue Bell Court Development. It has been a challenging but very rewarding development to have been involved with. The development was built on the car park of the former Blue Bell Pub in the town centre

The site, located within the towns historic conservation area was a classic re-development project. We carefully planned and worked very closely with North Lincolnshire Council’s planning and conservation team to create an attractive new development which lies on a prominent corner within the town centre.

All six houses sold ‘off plan’ in advance of completion and which underpins the success of the development.

We look forward to making some exiting announcements for some forthcoming developments ahead.
